Purchase & Subscription Policy
1. Overview
This policy governs specialized purchase options offered by Duraevo, including memberships, recurring subscriptions, pre-orders, and "try before you buy" programs. By completing a purchase under these terms, you agree to the billing and cancellation structures outlined below.
2. Subscription & Membership Policy
General Terms
By purchasing any subscription from Duraevo, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and charge it for repeat deliveries or membership fees based on your selected frequency. You will be charged automatically for each cycle unless you pay in advance or cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date.
EvoEdge Membership (Digital Subscription)
EvoEdge is the official digital membership program for Duraevo (formerly operating as Gustav Goods).
Legacy Members: All previous subscriptions under the "GG's Access" name have been officially migrated to the EvoEdge system. By maintaining an active subscription, you acknowledge and accept the transition from GG's Access to EvoEdge. Charges on your billing statement will now appear as Duraevo.
Trial Period: New memberships include a 5-day free trial.
Billing Cycle: Immediately following the 5-day trial, your first payment will be processed. Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days thereafter.
Strict No-Refund Policy: To the fullest extent permitted by law, all EvoEdge payments are strictly non-refundable. Once the 5-day free trial has expired and a payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be issued, regardless of usage or timing of cancellation.
Duplicate Protection: To protect customers from accidental double charges, Duraevo will automatically detect and cancel any duplicate EvoEdge subscriptions, keeping only one active account.
Product Subscriptions (Physical Deliveries)
For physical product subscriptions (repeat deliveries), items will be shipped and billed at the interval selected at checkout.
Auto-Renewal: These subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each duration.
Management: You can manage or cancel these subscriptions at any time via the link provided in your initial order confirmation email.
Refunds: Unlike digital memberships, physical product subscriptions are subject to our standard Return Policy regarding the physical goods received.
3. Cancellation Procedure
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel any subscription before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not result in a refund for payments already processed.
4. Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.
Payment: We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
Cancellation: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled — but you may request a return or refund according to our standard Return Policy.
5. Try Before You Buy
When you select a "Try Before You Buy" item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
Decision Period: You will have a set period of time to decide if you want to keep the item.
Final Charge: Once that period has passed, if you have not initiated a return of the item, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full amount. For more details on returning these items, please see our Return Policy.
